Usui Reiki Treatments

Reiki healing sessions last around one hour and cost £65.

Reiki – translated as universal life force energy - is a method of helping to activate your own internal healing energy to release blockages that may have physical, emotional, mental or spiritual sources and which are resulting in physical symptoms of all kinds, including stress, low energy, eating disorders, sleeplessness, depression, migraines, feelings of being out of balance or disconnected. Receiving Reiki treatments should help your inner energy, known as Ki in Japan, Chi in China and Prana in India, to flow smoothly, to those parts of the body that require it.

It is a completely natural healing energy activated by intention. On the physical level, Reiki can help to relieve pain and assist in the regeneration of organs and tissue through the release of stress and trauma.

On the mental level it can promote relaxation, alleviate depression, loosen blocked energy paths and help to release the energetic impact of emotional scars. On the spiritual level it can help us to access different states of consciousness, and get a glimpse of our connectedness with Universal Source or Spirit. Although it may assist in spiritual connection, Reiki is not a religious practice, and does not require any philosophical doctrine or belief.

We work in a space of unconditional love - everything is welcome as it appears in order to be seen, acknowledged and healed. You will not receive anything you are not able to cope with.


I find Reiki to be particularly effective for people suffering long term chronic illness and people suffering from severe dissociation from their physical bodies. In both these cases, a Reiki Level 1 Attunement/Teaching is often appropriate, so that you can learn how to use Reiki and hence engage in self-healing, anywhere or any time.

Usui Reiki Attunements/Teaching

Level 1 (learning Reiki for self-healing) £100 and a duration of around 2.5 hours


Level 2 (learning Reiki for healing others and holding the therapy space for others) £150 and a duration of around 3 hours.

I now very clearly split the level 2 teaching into two sections. One part is pure Reiki - the hand positions, the meditation, the symbols, the Attunement or transmission, and distance healing. The second part is holding the therapy space in a safe way. I believe it is an essential part of what happens when we are working with another. We are there as human beings working with other human beings. There is transference, projection, possibly judgement and entanglement. Many clients have never experienced physical touch from the perspective of unconditional love, without physical or sexual demands. We are inviting what is held in the shadows to be revealed and then either integrated or released. We are inviting the system to express itself, whether that is through anger, grief, shame, disgust, rage, or even potential and magnificence. It is essential that this is done in a safe space for the client. I am surprised by the number of people I meet who are Reiki attuned and have never learned about stress and trauma or been given any guidance on holding the space safely. If this does not resonate with you, then please approach a different Master for your journey.


Master attunement (learning how to reach and attune others) £120 if you did Level 2 with me, £200 if you had a different Level 2 Master, as I will revise what I teach in Levels 1and 2 before allowing you to use my lineage for Attunements with your own students. Duration of this learning is between 2 hours and 4 hours.


I teach Reiki only on a one to one basis to cater for each person's intentions, level of knowledge and experience. If you are considering coming to me as your Reiki Master to learn Reiki Healing, I ask that you visit me for a healing session first so that we can meet and you can experience how I work.
